Combat Morning Sickness

Feeling nauseous? Don’t worry, it’s common during pregnancy. However, it doesn’t make it any less of a nuisance. And as the American Pregnancy Association found, most women experience morning sickness from the sixth week to the twelfth week, so that’s a significant amount of time to be navigating nausea. If you’re looking to combat the queasiness, try eating when you first wake up, drinking lemonade or smelling lemons, adding ginger to your diet, chewing gum, or eating popsicles or Jell-O.
